Grilled Steak & Avocado Power Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season flank steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
